Jammu 26 Nov 2022: For more than 50 years, Sainik School Nagrota has been the dream school for thousands of parents and young children who aspire of donning the uniform of the Armed Forces or yearn to excel in other professional fields such as Medical, Engineering, Civil Services, police etc. Since 2021

Admission to Sainik School Nagrota is done through the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) conducted every year in January by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Through this examination, admission is done in classes VI and IX of all Sainik Schools across the country.

The age of the child should be between 10 to 12 years for admission in class VI of Sainik School Nagrota, while for admission in class IX the age limit should be between 13 to 15 years. Admission is done on the basis of the student’s performance in the entrance examination and medical fitness.
Online registration for Admission in Academic Session 2023-24 for Classes 6 & 9 has started. Interested parents who wish to enrol their children in Sainik School Nagrota, can visit the official website https://aissee.nta.nic.in and fill out the Online Admission Form 2023- 24. The last date for filling out the online form is 30 Nov 2022 till 5.00 PM. Attractive scholarships are also given to eligible students.
