Back to village 4 program completed successfully in Panchayat Pochal B-1 Block Kishtwar-Visiting Officer Narender Singh Bali(IAS) listened patiently public demands assured redressal on priority

Kishtwar 4 Nov 2022: Fourth phase of Back to village programe   initiated by LG Government of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory  is going on in full swing with gusto and enthusiasm observed among the public. B2V4 invariably proved a revolutionary step and a visioning exercise to reorient the village communities to identify the core issues and set priorities under Gram Panchayat Development   Plan and other schemes through coordinated action for the plans to fructify.

Under the overall synergistic guidance and supervision of Er Narender Singh Bali IAS Mission Director Dairy Development under Animal Husbandry a series of events were held in Panchayat Pochal B-1, who inspected various developmental works in panchayat  d and further elaborated all the government schems and plans to the public.

 Mission Director Dairy Development along with other officers of animal husbandry department and officials of RD and PR while inspecting  a newly opened,  Butt Dairy Farm at Sangrambhata Kishtwar, emphasized on eatablishment of small scale industries like new dairies and milk units which will open new vistas of avenues to generate  employment opportunities in rural areas.

 Mr. Bali and team also inspected and checked the functioning of Anganwadi centers and Umeed Centres under NRLM in the Pochal B- 1Panchayat of block Kishtwar. Mr. Bali assured to the workers of anganwadi and UMEED centers that, their genuine problems faced by them will be appraised to higher authorities for redressal. He also visited in some schools and reviewed the functioning of schools , like cleanliness, completion of syllabus, curriculum, punctuality of staff, library, laboratory, indoor and outdoor sports kits, equipments etc. 

While interacting with media person Deepak Sharma Er Narender Singh Bali (IAS) while replying to question of scarcity of staff in Animal Husbandry department Kishtwar assured that the requisite staff in department would be posted in coming time.

Later on Er Narender Singh Bali IAS in collaboration with forest department hold a  plantation drive and enjoined all the participants to plant more and more trees to save the most beautiful planet i, e Earth. He further directed forest authorities to book the culprits who are involved in smuggling of green gold and take plantation drive on massive scale.

Further, he reviewed the functioning of ICDS and CSC centres in Panchayat and also exhorted all department to give preference and provide online service in time bound manner so that public may not face any inconvenience and let the stakeholders avail the benefits of online services at their doorsteps which is infact the prime goal of UT administration.
