To commemorate the Sewa-Saptah commencing from 17th of Sept to 2nd of Oct 2022, JD Singh Convenor Sr Citizen cell J&K accompanied by Varinder Kr Badyal State Co-Convenor & Shiv Kumar Sharma State Executive Member organized a Sewa event at Disha Chhatrawas (Ashram) Katra. Gopal Sharma Disstt Co-Convenor Reasi initiated the proceedings.
The event’s objective was to enlighten the students regarding the Life -history of PM Modi &for this purpose, a telefilm depicting the life events of Modi Ji was displayed on occasion, followed by a lunch for the poor students living in Chhatrawas (Ashram) Katra (Ashram).
Among others, the prominent were Ex MLA Ajay Nanda, Baldev Raj Sharma and Saraf Singh Nag DDC chairman Reasi.
At the outset, the programme was concluded by JD Singh briefing various steps taken by Modi Ji for India’s Aatmnirbharta, Sanskriti, culture, foreign policy & specific steps towards last man of society & also announced the new team in Katra Vaishno Devi assembly segment. JD Singh also advised the latest team to listen to Mann ki Baat &other programmes in their respective areas.
At the onset, Shiv Kumar Sharma, state executive member, welcomed the guest, Sr Citizens & students residing in Chhatrawas (Ashram) Katra &thanks them for their devotion and enthusiasm for the celebration of Modi Ji’s 72 birthday.
Varinder Kr Badyal State Co -Convenor highlighted the various centrally sponsored schemes launched by the Modi-led BJP Govt &their impact on the society’s poor and oppressed people for their upliftment.
Ex-MLAs Ajay Nanda and Baldev Raj Sharma were apprised regarding the implementation of various central projects and work done in their respective areas & promised to fulfil the dreams of people under the dynamic leadership of PM Modi.
Sushil Magotra Distt President Reasi spoke on the detail of 15 days Phagwara and assured the house of their proper completion in a time-bound manner &thanked the BJP Sr Citizen cell for organizing two programmes in Reasi district.
