Sadhbhavna planned a Tailoring Course and distribution of Sewing Machines to women living in remote areas of Asthanmarg or Budhan to provide them with the necessary skills and equipment.
The first phase of the project took place at Asthanmarg from 05 May to 12 Mai 2022. The second phase took place at Budhan from 24 to 30 May 2022. It benefited 50 women. The project’s goal is to bring local women into mainstream society and offer them opportunities for employment.
The project involved a seven-day tailoring course for 25 needy women at both locations. An instructor Mubashir assisted them and distributed a Sewing Machine at its conclusion.
The project would empower village women to become financially independent and help their families move forward. The event would help win hearts and minds among the local population as well as strengthen the relationship between Awam (Indian army) and Awam.
