A week-long special program has been going on for improvised public service delivery down to village and panchayat levels. Fulfilling this motto under the directions of Sh. Vikas Kundal (IAS) District Development Commissioner Rajouri and guidance of Dr Saleem Ur Rehman, Director Health Services Jammu, Health Block Kandi organised mega certificate camps under JK-SSS.
Mega camps were organised by Dr Iqbal Malik BMO Kandi where 753 certificates of old age and widow certificates were issued to beneficiaries for the Pension Scheme on the spot.
These camps commenced this Monday and went on for the whole week covering far-flung and outreach areas of Block Kandi.
BMO Kandi said that it is difficult for the public living in outreach areas especially senior citizens to come to CHC Kandi to issue age certificates. So we aim to bring this facility to the doorsteps of people for their convenience and benefits. Dr Asif Iqbal, Dr Rifat, Dr Arshad Nabi Dr Jabeen, Sh Mohd Shabir, Mohd Iqbal Sh Shoket Malik and other health staff was also present in the camp and provided their services.
