Mukesh Singh IPS, ADGP, launched the new jerseys of the Media Cricket Club in Jammu

Mukesh Singh IPS, ADGP, launched the new jerseys of the Media Cricket Club in Jammu. He was accompanied by Anil Bhat, Bureau Chief, Press Trust of India Jammu, Vivek Suri, Captain MCC, and other senior members of the team.

Speaking at the occasion, Mukesh Singh lauded the efforts of the Media Cricket Club for taking such initiatives, which will motivate more players from the media fraternity to join the club.

ADGP Mukesh Singh said that the media plays a vital role in the dissemination of information in society, but despite their commitment to their duties, the players of Media Cricket Club have been playing good professional cricket for many years, with many victories under their belt and that too against star-studded clubs. ADGP Mukesh Singh added that the players of Media Cricket Club are very passionate about cricket, which he has himself observed while playing a few matches with them under the Civic Action programme organised by JKP. He wished MCC more success in the days to come and assured them of his full support.

Rahul Khatri presented a vote of thanks and assured ADGP Mukesh Singh that despite the paucity of time and commitment to their duties, the team will play good cricket all round the year. Vivek Suri, Rahul Khatri, Amit Kumar, Varun Sharma, Abhishek Baru, and Aditya from Media Cricket Club were present at the occasion.
