The Alchemist and Ojas Hospital Panchkula starts super-speciality OPD at Solan

Solan , August 24: Alchemist and Ojas Hospital, Panchkula, on Wednesday launched their super-speciality OPD services at Parashar Nursing Home, Solan .

Talking to the media here today, the hospital’s doctors announced the start of cardiology, neurology,neurosurgery, endocrinology, urology, renal transplant, nephrology, medical oncology, gastroenterology, and orthopaedic OPDs.

Dr. Neeraj Goyal , sr. consultant in urology and kidney transplant surgeon; Dr. Anurag Sharma, chairman of the department of cardiology; Dr. Rohit Parti , sr. consultant in interventional cardiology; Dr. Gourav Jain, consultant in neurology; Dr. Manish Budhiraja, consultant in neurosurgery and a specialist in brain and spinal cord related problems; Dr. Sidhant Bansal, consultant nephrology; Dr. Pramila Dharamshaktu,Dr. Dr Pankaj Kumar, consultant gastroenterology and hepatologist, and Dr Rahul Mahajan, consultant neurology, will attend their respective OPD once and twice a month.

Dr Manish Budhiraja said that at Alchemist Hospital we use neuro monitoring and navigation techniques, which are the latest for patients with brain and spinal disorders.

Dr Anurag Sharma said that at Ojas we have a well-equipped cardiac sciences unit performing angiographies, cardiac stenting pacemakers, and AICD filters of more than 300 in number every month. We have a dedicated CCU team for handling heart failure patients and other critically ill patients.

Dr Rohit Parti informed us about the advanced cardiac sciences team available at Alchemist, which comprises two experienced interventional cardiologists, two CTVS surgeons, an interventional radiologist, a team of cardiac anesthetists, and a fully dedicated cardiac block with a state-of-the-art cath lab, CCU, HDU, and surgical ICU.
