What Is Pinocchio About?

Movie was created in 1895 and centres around Geppetto, an Italian woodcarver who leads a lonely existence. A few years ago, the woodcarver lost his son. In memory of his son, he creates a wooden puppet named Pinocchio.

The Blue Fairy visits The Woodcarver’s home at night and imparts life-like qualities to his puppet. He can also be a real boy if the Blue Fairy visits him at night. Geppetto wakes to discover Movie still alive. He weeps with joy. Pinocchio is his first child.

Geppetto sends Pinocchio off to school. But he runs away with a circus master, who lures him under pretences. The circus master will sell Movie. He manages to escape just in time but is captured by another person who will turn him into a donkey so that he can work in the coal mines.

The movie follows a father-son couple on a heartwarming adventure as they overcome a series of tragic events and find a way to live happily together.

The majority of the filming for Pinocchio took place in Bedfordshire. It is a ceremonial country located 38 miles from London in East England. The production unit chose Cardington Studios in Bedford, located at the Cardington Airfield.

Buckinghamshire, also known as Bucks, is a ceremonial county in South East England. It borders Greater London on its South East front. The Pinewood Studios, Pinewood Road in Buckinghamshire, was where Pinocchio’s production unit set up their filming location.

Pinewood Studios is home to many famous stages, including The Richard Attenborough Stage and The 007 Stage. Visit Buckinghamshire’s Pinewood Studios to see Cliveden House and The Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre. Waddesdon Manor almost looks like it is a castle.

Tuscany, Italy

A few scenes from Pinocchio were filmed in Tuscany. It is located in central Italy. Tuscany is known for its beautiful and serene landscapes and rich cultural history. These characteristics made Tuscany a great location to film a movie such as Pinocchio.
