‘Warrior Nun’ Season 2 Trailer Teases Adriel’s Rising Influence as War Looms

Warrior Nun Season 2 premieres on Netflix on November 10.

Warrior Nun A plethora of original Netflix shows that’ve won viewers’ attention in the past few years. While shows such as Stranger Things and Umbrella Academy are talked about to death among streamers, the most underrated shows are Warrior Nun. Fans of the biblical come-of-age story have been anticipating Season 2 for quite a while. But don’t fret because the Warrior nun and a brand-new trailer are set to release on October 10.

The action-packed trailer takes us up to speed with Ava, who is as played by Alba Baptista, after the massive finale at the end of Season 1. Ava is preparing The Order of The Cruciform Sword to fight against Adriel. The influence of the demon has increased from the time that we last had him.

In the trailer, there are several compelling scenes with actors drawing lines with sand, with Ava nervously reuniting with Father Vincent after he betrayed her in the last season. However, Cardinal Duretti is shown to be affected by Adriel.

The synopsis for the season is “Ava, and the Sister-Warriors of the OCS must find a way to defeat the angel, Adriel, as he attempts to build his following into the dominant religion on the planet.” But this video primarily reveals a brand new weapon in Ava’s arsenal that could be the only way to stop Adriel. A mysterious halo-like disc we are shown Ava getting from a statue is the one that did the trick to defeat Adriel in the first battle.

We’re hoping it’s what the OCS will need to do to win the next time. In the trailer, we also see a brand new group known as The Samaritans, whose goal is to expose the church for what they are. It’s too early to say whether they’ll become an openly allied group to the OCS; however, at the very least, Ava will be collaborating with The Samaritans towards the beginning of this season.

The Warrior Nun, based on the Warrior Nun Arealacomic book, during its debut season, was a highly entertaining and occasionally dark show which didn’t shy away from tackling issues facing the Catholic Church is facing in the present. The rich lore of the show was the main focus of the program.

However, it was backed up by excellent action, character development, and a plot filled with intriguing backstabbing. The latest trailer promises that the show will continue to be a hit with Season 2, particularly regarding the expertly executed action and the darker concepts of corruption.

Warriors Nun Season 2 debuts on Netflix on November 10. Alongside Baptista, Season 2 stars Toya Turner, Thekla Reuten, Lorena Andrea, Kristina Tonteri-Young, Tristan Ulloa, and Olivia Delcan. Meena RayannJack Mullarkey, and Richard Clothier will be regulars on the show this season. As we wait to see The Warrior’s Nun return to the show and prepare for war, see the latest Season 2 trailer below. It is also available to stream the initial season on Netflix today.
