Apni Party deputation meets Rajni Bala’s in-laws in Samba

SAMBA JUNE 03: A deputationYou can find the Apni PartyToday, the Provincial President and Ex-Minister Manjit Sing called on the families of Govt teacher teachers RajniBala to show their solidarity with the family members who have lost a loved one.

The deputationThey were led by the former Minister and met with the family members. RajniBala Ji at Nanke Chak in SambaDistrict was shot and killed by militants at her school in Kulgam few days back.

Manjit Singh was accompanied by Jammu, Ex–MLA Faqir, SC State Coordinator, Bodhraj Bhagat, District President SambaRaman Thappa, President Apni Trade Union, Ajaz Kazmi, Additional Spokesperson Apni Party Khushboo Bhagat, District President SambaYouth Wing, Mangatram and Des Raj, Somlal, Basaki Raj, and others.

The couple met during their meeting. Apni PartyRaj Kumar also spoke with President Syed Mohamemd Altaf Bukhari sahab via mobile phone. Kumar is the husband to the deceased Govt teacher. Rajni Bala. 

Bukhari expressed solidarity with the grieving family members. Meanwhile, Manjit Singh appealed to the Govt to transfer all the Jammu based SC community’s Govt employees who are serving in difficult and far-flung areas of Kashmir.“Till the security situation improves, they shall be given postings in their respective districts of the Jammu province,” he demanded.

He said that “Around 3500 Govt employees who belong to the Schedule Caste community have been working in difficult areas of J&K as Govt employees in Kashmir valley from the last 10 to 20 years and they never faced threat to their life during all these years.”

He said, however, that the security situation was not insurmountable. in Kashmir has turned adverse from the last several years and the militant activities have increased.“The Govt is hiding the true situation and trying to project that the situation is normal. However, the incidents of targeted killings of the Jammu based employees and others has exposed the hollow claims,” he said.

He said that “The situation has turned alarming with increase inMilitant activities are not permitted and it is unsafe to forcibly serve employees SC based in Jammu inRemote areas in Kashmir. These employees are unfortunately being posted in difficult areas where the threat perception is more and they become cannon fodder for the militants.”

In view of the emerging situation, he said that the Govt should order immediate transfer / shifting of the Jammu based SC employees from Kashmir’s difficult areas to their respective districts till the situation improves.

He was also concerned that the Govt did not provide safe accommodation for these SC employees and they were left to live with families. inUnsafe Method inPrivately-hired Accommodations
